Theme issues

After a theme is updated, you see old content

This bug is mainly caused by our caching policy. For now, don’t be alarmed, as the content will be updated within 24 hours.

Theme is credited to wrong author

If you see that a theme is credited to the wrong author, please reach out. We can quickly resolve this.

Can’t access themes published under organization account

For now, we are working on a fix for this issue. At this moment, it’s not possible to access themes published under an organization. To resolve this issue, please reach out. We’ll transition the theme to your personal account and make sure you can access it.
