Theme status
You’ve submitted your theme, great! Here’s what happens next:
Review process
When you first submit a theme to the Astro Developer Portal, it will be reviewed by an Admin. This process can take a couple of days, so don’t be alarmed if it isn’t immediatly approved or denied.
Approval
Your theme got approved, yay!
Now, it should be live on the Astro Theme Catalog.
You can now share your theme with the world and start getting feedback from the community. Next to that, you now have access to editing the content at any time.
Denied
Your theme was denied. Here’s what you can do:
- Check if any of the common reasons for denial apply to your theme (listed below).
- Resubmit after carefully addressing the issues.
Reasons for denial
Some of the common reasons for denial are:
- Missing information: Make sure you’ve filled out all the required fields.
- Invalid or broken links: Make sure all the links in your theme are working.
- Specific version: Linking your theme to a specific version of Astro or other technologies.
- Personal Site: Themes should be general enough to be used by others.

If you need more help, feel free to open up a #support
